How we use AI ourselves
Hollis, our photography software, connects to ChatGPT and Claude. Anything that sends, charges or deletes waits for the photographer's OK. Punchdown, our software for security installers, has an AI help button with 47 ready prompts. It fills in only the safe fields, and the person pastes the prompt into their own AI. Customer phone numbers, emails and costs stay inside.
We also build our software with AI coding tools, and a person checks every release.

AI consulting questions
Will AI replace people on my team?
That is not what we set it up to do. We move repeat work off people's desks so they can spend time on the jobs that need them. A person still checks anything that goes to a customer.
Is my customer data safe?
We set rules for what goes into an AI and what never does, and we pick tools and settings that fit those rules. No tool is perfect, so we keep a person in the loop.
Do you work outside North Carolina?
Yes. All of it is remote, so where you are does not matter.
What is the AI chief of staff?
It is a private dashboard we build for an owner. It pulls your call notes, email, calendar, CRM, tasks and key numbers into one place, and you can ask it questions in plain English. We handle the setup and train you on it.
