How it started
Before Firmkit, Gabe photographed more than 400 clients through GKeyPhoto. That is a fast lesson in how a local owner decides to spend money.
Then he went to work in business development and operations at Secur-Tek, a family-owned security company in Apex that has been in business since 1990. There, the day is dispatch, callbacks, permits and a whiteboard.
Inside that company he built a 65‑page hand-coded site, 13 town pages, a corrected Google profile, 8 CRM pipelines with 45 workflows, and the photos the site runs on. All of it is in the case study, with the relationship disclosed in the first paragraph. Firmkit packages the same parts for other companies.
