Website, Google profile and lead follow-up for trade companies

Plumbers, HVAC shops, electricians and roofers lose jobs the same way: the call rings out, the quote goes quiet, the map does not show them. We install the fix in 30 days and run it every month.

The 8 PM call, handled

A customer calls after hours. Nobody answers. Within a minute they get a text from your number, written in your words. They reply, and it is booked before they try the next name on Google.

Six leaks, one fix for each

Different tools, same problems, whether you pull pipe, hang drywall or cut grass.

The phone

After-hours calls go to the next name

A text goes out within a minute, from your business number.

The map

Nearby customers cannot find you

Your Google profile set up properly and fed every month with posts, photos and answers.

The website

It looks fine and books nothing

A hand-coded site that takes a booking without a phone call and loads fast on any phone.

The follow-up

Quotes go quiet

Automatic follow-up on every estimate, so nothing waits on someone remembering.

The reviews

Happy customers never say so

A review request goes out after every finished job.

The numbers

You cannot tell what is working

One page each month: calls, texts and bookings, and where each one came from.

Thirty days from call to live

  1. Day 1, a 20‑minute call

We look at your Google profile, your site and what happens to a call at 8 PM before we talk.

  2. Week 1, how you work

Your services, your area, your voice. The system fits the way you already run.

  3. Weeks 2 to 4, the build

The site, the profile, the CRM and the follow-up, built and tested from a real phone.

  4. Day 30, live

The next missed call gets a text back. Every month after, one page shows what it caught.

Three promises, each with a penalty

We only guarantee work we control. Never a Google ranking.

A text back on every missed call, day and night. If it fails for a full day, that month is free.

30 days

Live within thirty days of kickoff, or you stop paying until it is.

4 posts a month

Questions people ask

Do I own the site?

Yes. The code is yours, and the CRM account can be in your name from day one. If you leave at month twelve, you keep the site and the files. Automations you stop paying for stop running.

Why a twelve-month contract?

Because none of this pays off in ninety days. A Google profile needs a history of posts, a new site needs time to get indexed, and reviews need finished jobs to ask about.

Do you guarantee Google rankings?

No. Nobody controls Google. We guarantee the work we control: the Kit is live in 30 days or you stop paying until it is, every missed call gets a text back inside 60 seconds, and your Google profile is kept current every month.

Do you work outside North Carolina?

Yes. We are based in Cary and work with companies anywhere in the US, remotely. Content Days, our photo and video shoots, are on site in North Carolina only.

Find out where your shop leaks

We look at your profile, your site and what happens when nobody picks up. You keep what we find either way.
