The full feature list
Everything the system can do.
The kit runs on one platform. Phone, texts, email, booking, reviews, invoices, follow-up and reporting live in one place, on one login, on your phone. This page is the whole list, so you can see what is switched on from day one and what we turn on when you are ready for it.
Included
Every feature below is part of the Kit.
No per-feature pricing. No user seats. The only extras on this site are the four add-ons on the services page.
Book a call01 — Phone and text
The phone stops losing jobs.
-
Calls
A business line that follows the truck
- A tracked business number that rings the office and the phone in your pocket
- Call forwarding by time of day, so the after-hours call goes somewhere
- Every call logged to the customer's record, with the recording
- Call tracking that shows which page or ad produced the call
- Voicemail transcribed and dropped into the same inbox as the texts
-
Texts
Missed-call text-back
- A text goes out inside 60 seconds of a missed call, day or night
- Two-way texting from the business number, not a tech's personal phone
- Saved replies for the ten questions you answer every day
- Photos, quotes and booking links sent by text
-
Inbox
One inbox for every channel
- Texts, email, website chat, Facebook Messenger and Instagram messages in one thread per customer
- Assign a conversation to a person, and see who has not replied
- Unread count on the phone app, so nothing sits for a day
- Whole history in one place when the customer calls back a year later
02 — Booking and the pipeline
Nothing lands in an inbox.
-
Booking
Online booking that respects the schedule
- A booking page a customer can use at 9pm without calling
- Calendars per tech, per service, or one for the whole shop
- Round-robin across techs, or first available
- Buffer time, travel time and service areas honoured
- Confirmations and reminders by text and email, with reschedule and cancel links
- Syncs both ways with Google Calendar and Outlook
-
Pipeline
Every lead has a stage and an owner
- Pipelines you can read from a phone: new, contacted, quoted, booked, done
- A separate pipeline for hiring, service calls or builder work if you want one
- Tasks with a due date and a name on them
- Notes, photos and files on the customer's record
- Tags and smart lists, so "quoted in the last 30 days, not booked" is one click
-
Contacts
A customer database you actually own
- Every customer, lead and past job in one searchable record
- Import your old list from a spreadsheet or the last system
- Duplicate detection when the same person calls from two numbers
- Export everything, any time, in a file you can open
03 — Automation
Follow-up that runs whether or not anyone remembers.
Every sequence is written for your shop, in your voice, and you approve every message before it goes live. Once it is on, it runs without a person pushing it.
The list below is what we install by default. Anything with a trigger and a message can be added: a new form, a stage change, a missed call, a paid invoice, a date on the calendar.
-
Leads
Speed to lead
- New form, new call or new chat gets a reply inside minutes
- Follow-up at hour 4, day 2 and day 5 until they answer
- Quote follow-up on a schedule, so the estimate does not die in a drawer
- The lead is assigned and the owner is notified on their phone
-
Jobs
Around the appointment
- Confirmation when it is booked, reminder the day before, "on the way" text the day of
- Review request by text after the job closes
- Thank-you and a referral ask a week later
- No-show and cancellation recovery
-
Later
The customers you already have
- Reactivation campaigns to the dormant list, which is what The Proof runs
- Annual service and maintenance reminders on the anniversary of the job
- Seasonal offers to the right segment, not the whole list
- Birthday and holiday messages, if you want them
04 — Reviews, site and chat
What the customer sees.
-
Reviews
Reputation on a schedule
- Review requests by text and email after every job, automatically
- Google and Facebook reviews monitored in one place
- Reply to every review from the same inbox as the texts
- A review widget on the site that pulls the real ones in
- A monthly count of requests sent and reviews earned
-
Site
Forms, pages and chat
- Forms and surveys that land in the pipeline, not an email
- Landing pages for a promotion, a town or a service, built in a day
- A chat bubble on the site that answers questions and books the call
- Website chat that continues by text after they close the tab
- A hosted booking page and a hosted review page with your name on them
-
AI
An assistant that answers when you cannot
- A chat assistant trained on your services, prices, area and hours
- It answers the common questions, collects name, number and email, and books on the calendar
- Hands the conversation to a person the moment it should
- A voice assistant that answers the phone and takes the details when nobody can, available when you want it
- Every conversation is logged, and you can read what it said
05 — Money and paperwork
Get paid from the driveway.
-
Invoices
Estimates and invoices
- Build an estimate on the phone, send it by text, watch it get opened
- Estimate becomes invoice in one tap when the job is done
- Text-to-pay links, card on file, and tap to pay on the phone
- Recurring invoices for maintenance plans and monitoring
- Automatic reminders on unpaid invoices
- Syncs to QuickBooks so the books stay clean
-
Documents
Proposals and signatures
- Proposals and contracts with your logo, sent from the customer's record
- Electronic signature on a phone, no printing
- Signed copy filed to the record and emailed to both sides
- Templates for the five documents you send every week
-
Marketing
Email, text and social
- Email campaigns and a newsletter, designed once, sent to a segment
- Text campaigns to the customers who said yes to them
- A social planner that posts to Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn from one calendar
- Templates that match your site, so nothing goes out looking like a different company
- Unsubscribe and consent handled properly, every message
06 — The crew and the numbers
Runs from a phone. Reports on one page.
-
Team
Everybody on it, nobody paying per seat
- Unlimited users: office, techs, the owner, the bookkeeper
- Roles so a tech sees their jobs and the owner sees everything
- A phone app for calls, texts, the calendar, the pipeline and payments
- Internal notifications when a lead is waiting or a job changes
- A training portal for the crew: your checklists, your standards, your videos
-
Reporting
Where the jobs came from
- Every lead tagged with its source: Google profile, site, ad, referral, chat
- Calls answered, missed and texted back, by day and by hour
- Speed to lead, measured, not guessed
- Google Ads and Local Services Ads reporting when you run them
- One monthly report, one page, in plain English
-
Partners
Referrals and the people who send them
- A referral programme with a link and a tracked reward
- Builders, realtors and property managers tracked as partners, with what they sent
- Partner pipeline separate from the customer pipeline
- Google Business Profile posts and photos scheduled from the same calendar
On from day one
- Business number, missed-call text-back, two-way texting
- One inbox, the pipeline, the customer database
- Booking calendar with confirmations and reminders
- Speed-to-lead and review-request sequences
- Website chat with the assistant
- The monthly report
Turned on when you are ready
- Invoicing, text-to-pay and QuickBooks sync
- Proposals and electronic signature
- Email and text campaigns, the social planner
- The voice assistant
- Referral programme and partner tracking
- The training portal
One honest limitation: text messaging on a new business number waits on carrier registration, which takes days to weeks. Until it clears, the text legs of these sequences send by email. That is a carrier rule, not a design choice, and the 60-second guarantee does not start until it is live.
07 — Questions
The ones that decide it.
Yes. One platform, one login, one phone app. We configure it, write every message, connect it to your site and your Google profile, and run it for the length of the contract. You are not buying software from us. You are buying the install and the running of it.
No. Everything on this page is inside the Kit price on the pricing page. The only pass-through costs are the ones that scale with use: text message and call minutes, card processing fees, and ad spend if you run ads. We show you those numbers before anything is switched on.
The text-back, the inbox and the follow-up only work if the phone and the pipeline are in the same system, so yes, the customer side moves. We import your list, and if you run a field service or accounting tool for scheduling and invoicing, it can stay and we connect the two.
The customer data, the phone number, the website code, the domain and the Google profile are yours and leave with you. The system itself is licensed for the length of the contract. Month 13 onward is month to month, and you can walk with everything you own. It is in the terms.
