Firmkit is not a call center with an account manager between you and the work. Gabe Key founded it and builds the kits himself, out of Apex. These are the people you deal with.

Founder
Started Firmkit to put the site, the Google profile and the follow-up into one system instead of three. Director of business development at Secur-Tek in Apex, a security and low-voltage integrator working the Triangle since 1990, where these systems were built and tested first. Shoots commercially as GKPhoto.

Client operations
Owns the thirty days between signing and going live. Her background is digital asset management: curating commercial image catalogues at Shutterstock and building the metadata, taxonomy and quality checks underneath them. A Google profile is the same discipline. Right details, right fields, checked every month.

First conversations
Takes the early calls. What the business does, where the calls go after five, and whether a kit is even the right fix, which sometimes it is not. Studying biomedical engineering at East Carolina University, on the Dean's List, and doing undergraduate research.

Social and content
Channel manager and social media editor. A digital marketer and video editor by trade, working in social content for brands and creators. He turns the photography and the job footage into posts that run on a schedule instead of whenever someone remembers.
Why this page exists
A national agency can copy the software. It cannot photograph your crew on a Tuesday, or stand in your office while you log in to your own Google profile. That is the whole reason Firmkit stays inside the Triangle first.
Three of the four are in North Carolina. Archie is in England and works remotely, which is worth saying plainly rather than implying everyone is down the road.
