Terms

The deal, written down.

This page says what you are buying, what it costs, how long it runs and what happens if you leave. It is the plain-English version of the agreement you sign. If the two ever differ, the signed agreement is the one that counts.

What you are buying

A kit: a hand-coded website of up to eight pages, your Google Business Profile set up and maintained with four posts a month, local SEO on the pages we build, a CRM installed and configured, missed-call text-back inside 60 seconds around the clock, form and text intake wired into the CRM, an automated follow-up sequence on every new lead, a review request after each closed job, hosting, SSL and the domain wiring, and one one-page report a month. That is The Kit, at $1,000 a month.

The Full Stack, at $1,750 a month, adds custom backend tools, up to three locations or service-area profiles, two new pages or posts a month, a priority build queue, two reports a month and a standing call.

Neither tier includes ad spend or ad management, video production, or anything that requires a licensed professional we are not. Those are separate conversations with separate prices, listed on the services page.

Price and payment

The monthly fee is billed on the same date each month, by bank draft or card, starting at kickoff. There is no setup fee and no build invoice. The first twenty clients keep $1,000 a month for as long as they stay, whatever the price is later.

If a payment fails we tell you and retry. After three failed attempts the kit pauses: the site stays up, the automations stop, and they start again the day the account is current.

Twelve months, then month to month

The term is twelve months from kickoff. Nothing in a kit compounds in ninety days: a profile needs post history, a site needs indexing, a review engine needs closed jobs. After month twelve the kit continues month to month, and either side can end it with thirty days' notice.

If you leave before month twelve, the remaining months are due, or you can buy out the build for $2,500 and walk away with everything below under "What you own." We say this out loud on the first call. It is not buried here.

What is guaranteed

Three things, all of them work we control.

  1. Live in thirty days. The kit is live within thirty days of kickoff, or you stop paying until it is.
  2. Sixty-second text-back. Every missed call to the tracked number gets a text back inside sixty seconds, day and night. If it fails to fire for a full day, that month is free.
  3. Profile hygiene, monthly. Categories, hours, service area, photos and four posts, checked and current every month, shown in the report.

Not guaranteed: rankings, lead volume, revenue. Nobody honest can promise those, so we do not. The pricing page says the same thing.

What you own

The website code, your domain, your Google Business Profile, your customer data in the CRM, the photos we take on a Content Day and the phone number we track calls on. All of it is yours from the day it exists, not the day the term ends. When you leave, we hand over the code and an export of the data and transfer the domain and the number to you within fourteen days. We keep nothing, and we never move your data into another client's account.

What stays ours: the templates, tooling and playbooks we build every kit from. You own your house, not the workshop.

What we need from you

Access to your domain registrar, your Google Business Profile and any current site; a reply within two working days when we ask for a decision; accurate information about your business, your licence and your service area; and the photos or the hour on site to take them. Delays on your side pause the thirty-day clock, not the calendar.

Texting and calling your customers

The kit texts people who called or wrote to you. You confirm that you have the right to contact the people whose details you give us, that your customer list was collected lawfully, and that you will not ask us to message anyone who has opted out. Every text carries a STOP option, and a STOP is honoured immediately and permanently. We register your number for business texting under your business name because carriers require it.

Content and accuracy

We write and design the pages; you approve them. You are responsible for the truth of what the pages say about your business, your credentials and your pricing, and for having the right to use any logo, photo or text you give us. We will not publish claims we cannot support and we will not fake reviews, results or photos, for you or for anyone.

Limits

Our liability to you for anything arising from the kit is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost leads or the actions of Google, carriers, hosts or other third parties whose services the kit relies on. Nothing here limits liability that the law says cannot be limited.

Law and disputes

North Carolina law applies. If something goes wrong, we talk first. If talking fails, the courts of Wake County, North Carolina, have jurisdiction.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters to a current client, we tell that client in writing before it applies to them. Changes never shorten a guarantee or raise a locked rate. September 2026: first version.
