What is Firmkit?

Firmkit is a software company and digital agency in Cary, North Carolina. We build custom software and websites, host and look after them, and run Google profile, CRM and follow-up for trade companies. We also make three products: Hollis for photographers, Punchdown for security installers and Hitchpost for rental companies.

What does AI-first mean here?

Your own AI can work with our software. Hollis connects to ChatGPT or Claude and asks before it sends anything. Punchdown's assistant answers from the record or says Not captured. No Firmkit product runs an AI model inside itself, and Hitchpost uses no AI at all.

Do you work outside North Carolina?

Yes. We are based in Cary and work with companies anywhere in the US, remotely. Content Days, our photo and video shoots, are on site in North Carolina only.
