Where we work
Twelve towns and trades, each one researched.
We pulled the live search results for every one of these on 2026-09-08. Who ranks, how consolidated it is, what the gaps are, and a different first move for each.
Most agencies generate a page per town from one template and call it local SEO. That is a doorway farm, Google treats it as one, and it tells an owner nothing. So there are twelve of these and not seventy-eight, and each one is only here because somebody did the work.
Apex
- Plumbing This is one of the most winnable trade fields in the Triangle. Open field
- Electrical This is the most fragmented trade and town combination in the whole research set. Most open field we found
- HVAC This is the hardest field in the research set and we will say so before you spend a year finding out. Consolidated. Read this first
Cary
- Plumbing Cary is meaningfully denser than Apex. Denser, still winnable
- Electrical Wide open, with one clear pattern: the businesses winning position in Cary electrical are the ones advertising availability. Open field
- HVAC Better than Apex. Mixed, more room than Apex
Holly Springs
- Plumbing Holly Springs is largely served by shops based somewhere else. Regional overlap
- Electrical Genuinely open, and smaller than Cary, which means less work to move it. Open field
- HVAC The most locally owned HVAC field of the four towns, and notably there is no Weather Master equivalent here. Local-heavy, no giant
Raleigh
- Plumbing Raleigh is the hardest plumbing field of the four and the only one where regional and national brands genuinely dominate. Crowded
- Electrical Regional brands hold the top, but the demand visible on this page is running the other way. Brand pressure, real gaps
- HVAC Deep and brand-heavy. Crowded and brand-heavy
The rest of the service area
We work across the Triangle. There is no page for these towns yet because we have not done the pull, and we are not going to publish one that says nothing. Fuquay-Varina, Morrisville, Garner, Wake Forest, Durham, Chapel Hill, Clayton, Knightdale and Pittsboro all get a real page the moment there is something real to put on it.
Not on the list?
Tell us the trade and the town and we will run the pull for you. You keep it either way.
