Short, because it is short.
One form, one purpose. We collect what you type into it so we can call you back. That is the entire arrangement.
What we collect
Only what you enter on the start page: your name, phone number, trade, city, current website and whatever you write in the message box. Two hidden fields record how you arrived at the site, such as the referring website or a campaign tag in the link you clicked, and which page you submitted from. Nothing else.
Why we collect it
To call you back and to prepare for that call. Your phone number exists so a person can use it. Your website address exists so we can look at it before we speak. We do not need anything else and we do not ask for it.
Who else sees it
The form submission passes through the form service we use to receive it, and it is stored in our own CRM. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to a data broker. We do not add you to a newsletter because you asked a question.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social tracking pixels. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Loading a page here contacts no third party at all. The fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so nobody outside Firmkit sees that you visited. The only moment data leaves this site is when you press the button on the start page.
Texts and calls
If you give us your number we may text or call you about your enquiry. Reply STOP to a text and the texting ends immediately and permanently. We do not add enquiries to bulk marketing lists.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, for as long as you are one and for the period our accountant requires afterwards. If you do not, we keep it for two years so we remember the conversation, then it goes.
Getting it back or deleted
Ask and we will send you what we hold or delete it. No form, no ticket, no verification ritual. Just ask on the same number or address you have been talking to us on.
Client data
If we run your kit, we handle your customers' contact details on your behalf. That data is yours, not ours. We do not use it for anything except running your system, we never move it to another client's account, and it goes with you when you leave.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the change gets described here rather than quietly reworded. Last updated September 2026.
