Revenue before a contract

Get paid before you pay us.

Thirty days, fifteen hundred dollars, run entirely against a list you already own. If it does not beat what you paid, you owe nothing else and you keep the results.

01 — Why

You should not trust us yet.

Firmkit is new. We have no case studies and we are not going to borrow anyone else's. So asking a shop owner for a twelve-month commitment on the strength of a nice website would be a bit rich.

This is the answer. Not a better guarantee, not a longer call. Money, out of your own database, before you sign anything.

Shot brief

A one-page report on a shop desk, next to a phone and a coffee. Overhead, warm light. It should look like something a real owner actually read.

02 — The numbers

Why a dead list is the fastest money in the building

  • 8 to 15% of dormant contacts convert back into booked jobs on a structured multichannel reactivation.
  • $30k to $75k recovered in a year for a typical shop holding 2,000 to 5,000 contacts.
  • $800 to $2,400 is what one dormant customer is worth annually. You already paid to acquire every one of them.
  • 48 hours is how fast these campaigns commonly book their first revenue.

Every figure above is sourced in our own research file. We do not put a number on this site we cannot point at.

03 — How it runs

What happens in the thirty days

  • Day 1 to 3

    We load the list

Past customers, unsold estimates, dead leads. Whatever you have, in whatever shape it is in. A spreadsheet is fine. A shoebox is a conversation.

  • Day 4 to 7

    We write the campaign

Email and SMS, sequenced, written for your trade and your town. You approve every message before a single one sends.

  • Day 8 to 30

    It runs

Replies come to you. We watch the pipeline, handle the follow-up cadence, and stop the sequence the second somebody answers.

  • Day 30

    One page of numbers

Contacts touched, replies, jobs booked, revenue. Good or bad, that is the report, and it is yours whatever you decide next.

In

  • Your list cleaned, de-duplicated and formatted
  • A CRM account, configured, that stays yours
  • The full email and SMS sequence, written and approved by you
  • Compliance handled: opt-outs honoured immediately and permanently
  • One page of real numbers at day 30

Out

  • Cold lists. We only ever touch people who already know you
  • Bought data of any kind
  • Anything sent without you reading it first

04 — Questions

The ones that decide it.

Then you paid $1,500 to find out something true about your business, you keep the CRM, the cleaned list and the report, and we do not chase you for a contract. We would rather lose $1,500 of goodwill than sign a client on a story.

No. If you sign a kit within 30 days of the report, the $1,500 comes off month one. It is a pilot, not a toll.

No. Setting one up is part of this, and it stays yours whether or not you continue. That is also month one of the kit, which is why converting from a Proof is fast.

Texting people with an existing business relationship is different from cold outreach, and we keep it that way: no bought lists, no cold numbers, opt-outs honoured on the spot and permanently. If your list is not clean we will tell you before we send anything.
