Firmkit

Free tool. No email.

What your missed calls actually cost.

Four numbers you already own, and one assumption you control. Enter zero missed calls and it says zero, which is more than most calculators will do. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

Your phone carrier's portal has this for last month.

The same report. Not an estimate, the actual count.

Your own close rate. Do not use an industry average.

Last month's revenue divided by jobs completed.

This is the only assumption in the tool, and it is yours to set. Every calculator has one. Most hide it in the code at a number that makes the answer big.

The link carries your numbers. It is built in your browser and never sent anywhere.

The arithmetic, so you can argue with it

    Before you buy anything

The first two fixes are free.

Decide who answers the phone, by name, and tell them. Then turn on voicemail to text so a missed call at least becomes a readable note. Those cost nothing and they solve a real share of this.

Firmkit sells the third fix, an automatic text back inside sixty seconds. We still think you should do the free two first, and we would rather say so here than after you have signed something.

Why most calculators, including our own audit, get this wrong

One email, roughly once a week

What we worked out, sent when we work it out.

Usually one post. Sometimes something we got wrong and fixed. No sequence, no pitch, and one click to leave.

Email only. We do not ask for your phone number and we never text this list. Your address is not sold, rented or shared. Privacy.

The audit looks at the site and the profile too.

Ten questions, sixty seconds, still no email required.

    Take the audit

    Or talk to a person

Twenty minutes, and you pick the time.

We look at your profile and your site before the call, so it is not a discovery session.
